Are you interested in working with a writer to find your voice? Join award winning poet Maggie Sawkins for a series of creative writing workshops inspired by Edward King’s paintings of 1940s Portsmouth.
The six sessions will be relaxed and supportive as Maggie takes you through warm-ups and exercises to stimulate your imagination and get your words flowing.
When: Sessions run 2 pm – 4pm on Thursdays 26th January, 9th & 23rd February, 9 & 23rd March, 6th April 2017.
Where: Portsmouth Museum, Museum Road, Portsmouth PO1 2LJ
Cost: £30 / £18 Portsmouth Leisure Card for all six workshops including refreshments.
