FERRY TALES
Ferry Tales is a group of poets, musicians, writers and a photographer in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight who are running events, exhibitions and workshops for local people on the theme of arrivals and departures in their lives.
Poets ROBYN BOLAM and LYDIA FULLEYLOVE will be joining MAGGIE SAWKINS and other Portsmouth poets for this unique celebration.
Also appearing:
Singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, J.C GRIMSHAW who plays guitars, mandolin, harmonica, ukulele and Hawaiian lap guitar with deep rooted passion.
Brighton based singer songwriter DOM PRAG – folk, blues and intricate classical guitar.
WILL SUTTON, performing ‘Last Day on Planet Portsmouth’, his song based on a group poem composed at a Ferry Tales workshop last summer.
Copies of an anthology and CD from the project will be available to buy.
